Daniel's Birthday Party

We went to the Brown's on Sunday to celebrate Daniel's 5th birthday.  The kids had a water balloon fight and we BBQed hamburgers and hot dogs.

Good Guys Car Show

We entered the '56 Nomad in the good guys car show at the Del Mar fairgrounds.  Grandma and Grandpa came down for the weekend and stayed in Solona Beach.  The kids and I went down on Saturday and checked out all the cool cars.  The Purcell's came to meet us too which the kids were so happy about because they love Morgan.

Flower Fields with the Rossittos

The kids had Spring Break at school so we decided to go to the Flower Fields with Jessica, Sophia and Garm (Soph's grandma).  We played a game where you search for flags and at each flag is a stamp and if you collect all the stamps you get a dollar off mining for gems.  We went on the tractor ride, played at the playground, got ice cream cones and mined for gems.  At the end we bought a bunch of lady bugs and a bug sucking gun to release lady bugs in our backyard.

Braydon accidentally opened and dropped all the lady bugs into our fire pit.

But no worries, he can suck them up with his bug gun!

Easter

We spent Easter weekend at Grandma and Grandpa's.  We died Easter eggs and went to church and had an easter egg hunt in the backyard.  The Easter bunny was very generous this year!  We BBQed in the afternoon with everyone (Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Cristin, the Winzens, the Tribolets, the Cotas and Brea).  The kids played in the pool and had a blast.

Coach Craig

Coach TJ and Mike were out of town for last Friday's game so Craig stepped up to coach.
