We spend 5 days up in Tahoe with our families and the Smiths. It was the best time! Braydon and Connor were hilarious together. They are so much alike, they both love superheroes and are into imaginary play. They ran around the condo in Batman costumes and played in the snow together having snowball fights and sledding down the mountain on their bums. Siena and Delaney are both walking and are super smiley. They would just walk around laughing and clapping their hands, trying to grab their brothers toys.
Brady and Connor snowboarded for the first time too. We rented them a snowboard. Braydon was unreal! He is a total natural, would charge down the mountain and not fall! We were blown away! Squaw Valley had a kids festival going on so they had a huge Snow Castle that they played around in, they had smores by fire pits too and tubing. Brady didn't really like the tubing part but Connor loved it.
It was such a great time, the weather was perfect, the snow was amazing and the memories will stick forever!

Siena Rose's Baptism in Tahoe
We decided to Baptize Siena at the church we were married at and where her brother was baptized: Our Lady Queen of the Snows in Squaw Valley by Father Bob on Febraury 16th.
Her Godparents are Kim Greene and Chris Smith.
It was such a fun week. We flew up on Wednesday and stayed through until Monday. We stayed at the condo and rented one across the grass as well. All these people came to see Siena on her special day: Mimi and Grampy, Grandma & Grandpa Schwarz, Aunt Tistin, Aunt Kim, Rick, Jake, Jesse, and the whole Smith family (Chris, Meleesa, Connor and Delaney).
The Baptism was so special. It was just us and Father Bob in a private ceremony. Siena chatted a bunch during the ceremony shrieking and yelling "yeah!" There was a cool moment where she was reaching her arms up to the statue of Christ and did pretty well when the ice cold water was poured on her head.
After we all went out to lunch at Jake's on the Lake, including Father Bob. It was a great time!

Siena is officially a walker at 10 months old!
Our little peanut is walking! It started a few weeks ago with a step or two but the last couple days she is fully walking everywhere! It's so adorable to see because she is so small and still doesn't have a lot of hair so she looks almost too young to be cruising around on two feet :) She will walk and clap her hands all excited.

Braydon & Superheros
Brady has a new obsession with Superheroes of every kind, especially Superman and Batman. He does pretend play all the time. He is Superman, Siena is Krypto his dog, I am Flash and Daddy is Lex Luther. He has a Superhero that we read him at every nap and every bedtime and he has the whole thing memorized now, down to every word. He will read it to you if you ask him :)
Siena said "Bye-bye!"
Siena is so vocal. She loves her voice and has always been good at expressing herself but yesterday she actually said "Bye-bye" in the correct context. We were outside and Braydon was playing with the neighborhood kids, it was time for us all to go inside because it was getting dark. All the kids LOVE her so they crowded around her and were saying Bye-bye Siena, bye-bye! And she said Bye-bye! with a huge smile and wave. Everyone cheered and got so excited so they said bye-bye to her again and she said it right back..."Bye-bye!"
She also says Uh-oh and yelss "Yeaaahh" while clapping her hands. She's the best!

Siena is 10 months old!
She is very vocal and knows what she wants. She is ALMOST walking, she stands on her own and will take a few steps but then falls on her bum.
She LOVES to eat! She begs for food and when she's eating she moans and goes "mmmmm, mmmm" savoring every bite. She dances to music, bouncing up and down.
She says Mom ma, Da-da, Ba ba, uh oh and waves hello and claps her hands. She gives Daddy kisses too when he asks for them. We love her sooooo much!!!!
