New Years Eve in Bressi Ranch

We celebrated New Years Eve with the Rossitos, Ernests and Lunds in Bressi Ranch.  They did a progressive country themed party, it was so much fun!  The Rossitos were Italy and did sparkly tattoos for the kids.  Siena got a heart and butterfly and Braydon got a Ninja turtle.  The Ernest family was Mexico and had a Piñata!  The kids had a blast and so did the adults.  HAPPY 2014!!!

Christmas was so much fun this year!!  We had Mimi & Grampy, Grandma & Grandpa and Aunt Cristin over for all the festivities.  On Christmas Eve we went to a Petting Zoo Mass at Braydon's school which the kids loved.  That night the Schwarzs joined us for a delicious steak and crab dinner.  Braydon could hardly wait for Santa to come and wanted us to turn off the fireplace so he didn't burn his bum.  We left him milk and cookies and carrots for the reindeer.  On Christmas morning Braydon jumped out of bed and sat at the top of the stairs looking down at the presents, soooo excited but waiting patiently for everyone to get up so we could all go down together.  The weather was so nice, lots of sunshine so we played outside and slowly opened presents off and on all day.

Mimi and Grampy stayed until the 29th so we got to have a lot of fun together.  Mimi took the kids to Legoland and we all went to the Botanical Gardens.  We celebrated Grampy's birthday too.

Christmas Celebrations

Christmas started early for us this year.  We had decorations up since November 1st so the anticipation was a big one.  Braydon and Siena were FULLY in the holiday spirit.  Every morning Bray would wake up and ask if Santa came.  We watched tons of Christmas movies, learned all about being naughty and nice and where Santa lives and how his elves make the toys.  Braydon asked Santa for a Spiderman toy (of course he got it).

We had a lot of fun activities to celebrate the season.  We went to the Botanical Gardens with the Rossitos and Elizondos where we sledded, danced and roasted 'smores.  Siena was really into Santa, she stood and stared at him and when the band played she would dance and point at him.

We got a Christmas tree up the street and had hot chocolate and watched carolers.

Braydon and I went to Cinelpolis to see the Disney movie Frozen in 3D.

Fun at Legoland

We had a fun day at Legoland, Siena was amazed at everything she saw, pointing and saying "whoaaa!".  They loved the Duplo village playground and Siena would run after Braydon doing whatever he did.
