Braydon's 3 year old check up

Our growing boy weighs in at 33 pounds and is 38 1/2 inches tall.  He's in the 58th percentile.  When the nurse checked his blood pressure she said she was going to check if his muscles are as big as Daddy's.  He watched the numbers go up and pointed saying "My muscles are BIGGER than Daddy's!"

Easter 2013

We spent easter and Grandma and Grandpa Schwarzs house.  The Steeles were there and the Winzens and Mathis Family.  It was the best time.  The kids played in the pool all day and the sun was shining.  Jan made a delicious Easter bunny cake that was beautiful and the brunch was sooo good.  The easter egg hunt was a smashing success, the kids were so hopped up on candy all day.

Disneyland with the Steeles

We met the Steeles at Disneyland on Saturday, it was Siena's very first time there and she LOVED it!  Braydon and Dylan were in heaven as well.  Lyly and Jimmy Mendez met us there too.  Siena loved Jimmy!  We started the day going on the Peter Pan ride for Braydon's first time ever.  He loves the movie and was soooo excited to fly over Neverland in a pirate ship.  After that we went to the Buzz Astro Blaster ride, Braydon's very favorite.  then we spent the rest of the day at California Adventure, hanging out in Carsland and Bug's Life, going on Toy Story Mania and Little Mermaid.  At the end of the ride when Arial and the prince are kissing in the boat Braydon said "That's like me and Danika!", his girlfriend from school.  The best moment was when Braydon and Dylan went on the spinning ladybug ride in the Bug's Life land.  It was faster than the teacup and they were laughing soooo hard.  It was PRICELESS.

The Steele Family visits

The Steeles came to visit for a week and we had so much fun together!  Braydon and Dylan play so well together, they are so sweet with each other.  They have their moments, it's funny to watch 3 year olds push each others buttons but 90% of the time they hug and kiss and laugh.  When Dylan would get in Brady's face and invade his personal space and he wasn't in the mood he would put his hand up and yell NO THANK YOU!  It cracked us up.  We had the bouncy house up in the backyard the whole time and the bubble machine going.  They would watch NinjaGo and Peter Pan together while eating popcorn.  Siena meanwhile would just chase the two of them around.  Bath time was the best, so many giggles.

Siena's 1 year old doc visit

Siena weighs in at 19.4 pounds and is 27.5 inches long.  She is in the 5th percentile for height and 41st for weight.  Our short little girl LOVES her food!

Siena's 1st Birthday Party

It was a sunny day and a ton of our good family and friends came over to celebrate our little princess turning one.  We had 75 adults and 32 kids show up, we are so blessed to have so many loving and caring people support our family.  Some even flew in for the event like Auntie Robin.  And several made long drives from LA and Orange County.  We had a bouncy house and a couple bubble machines for the kids to play with.  We had Phil's BBQ cater the event which is our all-time favorite restaurants.

Siena was the Belle of the Ball, walking around giving her biggest toothy smile to all the guests in her pretty pink rose dress.  And when it came time for her birthday cake is where she REALLY put on a show.  I have never seen a better one year old cake eating moment!  She dove into it and even took a swipe at Daddy's cheek trying to cover him in frosting.  She was sooo happy with her cake and ate the whole thing :)  She loved all her gifts she got too, especially all the dolls and this cool one where you hit wooden balls with a hammer.
