Braydonisms

Braydon is a comedian these days, always making us laugh.  He is at the best age, so talkative and curious.  Here are a few phrases that crack us up:

Cromote = remote control
Resternaut = restaurant
Toys Arust = Toys R Us

Siena at 15 months

Little Rosey Pants is such a strong character.  She has soooo much personality.  She says "Nooo!" while shaking her head often.  She loves balls and reaches her arms out when she sees one yelling "Ball!  Ball!"  She climbs on everything and loves to hit her borther with whatever object is in her hands, Bray does NOT like that :)  She doesn't like her high chair anymore and will try and climb into Braydon's booster when she's hungry.  And this girl LOVES to eat!  Her favorite food is hard boiled eggs.

She weighs in at 21 pounds and is 30.5 inches, she is in the 47th percentile for height and weight.

Braydon starts Soccer

Brady had his very first soccer practice last night at Aviara park and he loved it!  The whole family was there to watch.  Siena kept trying to run in on the action :)  He's a natural athlete and has the competitiveness to match.

Siena at 14 months old

Siena is such a smart and entertaining little cookie.  She observes us and emulates every move.  Here are some funny things she does:

When Monty barks she points to his bed, yells "Doh" and when he sits in in she says "Dah" and gives him a treat.

She grabs her shoes and lays on her back with her legs in the air trying to put the shoe on her foot, she does the same with pants.

She opens the fridge, takes a peek in and points to the food she wants.

If you try and take anything away from her or give her something she doesn't want she yells "No!" and will throw it or try and hit you.  Not good.

She likes to pinch you and have you yell "owwwww", it cracks her up.

When music plays or you clap your hands she smiles a huge smile and claps her hands while dancing in circles.

She points to her brother and chases him around yelling "Baydon"

When she wants to go outside she runs to the garage door and tries to open it.

She loves to take things out of containers and put them back in over and over.  She also loves to take things out of drawers and line them up in order.

She figured out how to open the baby gate and walk, yes walk not crawl, up the stairs (of course I'm right behind her the whole time).

She loves to stand on Braydon's trainer skateboard and get pushed around.

Her hair is getting white blond and she's breaking her back molars right now.

Mimi visits

Mimi came to visit and we had the best time!  We went to Flower Fields, the park and played in the backyard.  When she left Braydon said he missed her, he loves Mimi!

Summertime is almost here!

It's been hot and sunny in San Diego the last couple days and the kids have been loving all the outside play!  Siena is soooo active!  She climbs on everything, loves playing in water and loves to laugh and have a good time.  Braydon is into imaginary play right now so most of the time he is Peter Pan, Spiderman or a Ninja.

SeaWorld

I took the kids to SeaWorld and we all had the best time!  Braydon got to pet Dolphins and Siena ran around and pointed at everything.

Braydon's 3 year old check up

Our growing boy weighs in at 33 pounds and is 38 1/2 inches tall.  He's in the 58th percentile.  When the nurse checked his blood pressure she said she was going to check if his muscles are as big as Daddy's.  He watched the numbers go up and pointed saying "My muscles are BIGGER than Daddy's!"

Easter 2013

We spent easter and Grandma and Grandpa Schwarzs house.  The Steeles were there and the Winzens and Mathis Family.  It was the best time.  The kids played in the pool all day and the sun was shining.  Jan made a delicious Easter bunny cake that was beautiful and the brunch was sooo good.  The easter egg hunt was a smashing success, the kids were so hopped up on candy all day.
