Bray's Mass with his 8th grade buddies

Braydon had his first Friday Mass at school and the parents got to attend.  I'm the class photographer and website manager/creator so I took a ton of photos for the class.  Braydon went to Mass with his two 8th grade buddies, it was really sweet!  I feel so blessed to be able to send Braydon to such an amazing school.

Annual Father/Son Chargers Opening Day Game

The boys are keeping up with their annual tradition of Father/Son bonding time at the Chargers home opener.  They got on the field this time which Braydon never stopped talking about.  The Chargers won so it made the day even better!  Bolt Up!!

Braydon's first soccer game of the season

Braydon had his first game of the Carlsbad United season.  He played against his best buddy Ben from Preschool and Luke, his new friend in Kindergarten.  His team name is Creepers which is a character in the popular video Minecraft.  Craig is an Assistant Coach again, they split the team in two and they play on two different fields so Craig was the coach on Braydon's field.  We told Bray that if he scored 3 goals he could get a new lego.  He did sooooo good!  He ended up scoring 4 goals!  He got 6 in but two didn't count.  He was super aggressive and hustled every play, he would even run back to defend the goal.  He would yell "Pass!  Pass!  I'm open!" and mowed people down that got in his way.  So proud of him!  He and Daddy had a great time out there together and Siena and I cheered him on!  AFter we went to Target and got him a Marvel Avenger lego :)

Braydon's first day of Kindergarten

Our handsome little man is an official Kindergartener!  He is in class K1 with Mrs. Winkenhofer at St. Patrick Catholic School.  There are two Kinder classes with about 23 kids in each.  They wear uniforms every day, either a white or green polo and blue shorts or pants.  They have to wear white tube socks with all white or all black shoes.  The best part is that Braydon got to be in the same class as his best friend Sophia!  Sophia and Braydon have been friends since they were about 3 months old when her Mom Jess and I met in Stroller Strides.  The first day was an emotional one, Braydon was excited and so brave!  Grandma Jan drove down to be there at drop off with us.  Braydon knew not only Sophia but two twin girls named Sophia & Maddie from his PreSchool and Luke from Stroller Strides as well.  There are a great group of families that we met, everyone is so nice and involved.  

The first day was a half day and I asked him to pick out a place to got to lunch to celebrate, he chose the sushi restaurant next to Cinepolis.  The Rossittos went to lunch with us too and we loved hearing Sophia and Braydon recap the day.  Braydon quickly made friends, Braxton and Brock are two he talked about.  

Tomorrow is a full day so for a special treat I got him a hot lunch, he chose a California Roll and Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl with a Lemonade.  They have some amazing hot lunches at the school.
